We have a health benefits meeting this week. Here is my joke for the joke contest:

A patient walks into a doctor's office with a cucumber crammed into one ear, a bouquet of parseley jammed into his mouth, and surprisingly large carrots hanging from his nostrils. He manages to mumble, "Doc, you gotta help me. I feel awful. What's wrong with me?"

The doctor replied, "You're not eating properly."

Sweet and Sinister Package

My sweet and sinister swap package came in the mail from Gina my swap partner. I love all the wonderful black and white things she sent me. Thanks so much Gina for all the halloween presents.

gifts

I came home from work today and found this cute little pumpkin at my door. Thanks mom and I love the cellphone holder too. They will be a big hit at mistletoe mall. I think I love the fall the best cuz the decorations are so cool. And...
Here is my collection of postcards that I have been trading in the mail, with my newest one on top from my friend Roc. I love mail art, it's like getting gifts in the mail. What have you been gifted with lately?

Thursday Nite Gals

Had a great time celebrating Lori's recovery from brain surgery the other night. It was really great to see this group of friends. We usually get together at Christmas time, and sometimes to play Bunko. Glad that Lori is well and feeling good. I love my girlfriends.

We weighed in today and almost everyone lost. All together all 10 of us lost a total of 26.6lbs. I think this is great way to motivate each other, hope we can continue to be big losers.

These are items I am mailing off for the sweet and sinister swap. Hope if you are my swap partner you didn't peek.

In the midst of another sport season, the yearbook teacher asked me to take some pictures at the game on Monday, so I was more than happy to. These are a few of the good ones. Would you believe I have a Sony Cyber Shot camera that fits in my purse. Also, of course, a little help from photoshop and a daughter who is photgenic.
