Chalkboard trays
Silver trays dirt cheap at the thrift store, masking tape, chalkboard spray paint, and chalk, voila a cute little sign, can be erased and changed.
Ugly dolls
My jr highers design and create a new plush for the ugly doll line. They're so ugly their cute.
