Party Dress Garland Swap

I have seen a cute little garland made up of party dress that you can design, so I have started a swap. Here are some links to what it will look like when it's finished.

If you want to play along, please send me an email at jenniferalee@sbcglobal.net and use the template provided. The dress should be 4.5 inches wide and 7 inches tall made of sturdy cardstock. We will each make 5 dresses to swap, due to me on Feb 7th.

Hello Jennalee,
what a lovely blog you have. I found this beautiful dresses. I like to make some dresses of fabric. Can I use your template? Or I can make a new template but if I blog this I' ll make a link to your blog because you gave me the inspiration. Is that o.k.?

I tried printing the template but am having problems. At 100% its huge. Length is about 9". I printed it at 70% and got it down to 4 1/4" across (at widest part) and 6 1/2" length shoulder to hem. Will this do? Am I printing it wrong somehow?
