Okay, now I am beginning to feel like Kari/Artsy Mama, cuz I am hitting the estate sales and garages sales like a maniac and can't wait to post pics to show ya what I found. I swear I need to start and etsy shop, but I also toy with the idea with getting a space at an antique mall, after all I live here in Orange, one of the hottest antique cities around. What to do? Any ideas, suggestions, first hand knowledge?

Lucky you! We have garage sales around here, but I have yet to find an estate sale! I'd love to find one and rummage through a house the way I read about other people doing.
I miss my antique mall booth, it was such fun to dress up and decorate and shop for! Etsy is MUCH easier and I don't have to lift cabinets that weigh twice as much as I do for it like I had to for the booth. It is kind of nice to only sell things that fit into the mail box!
